One winter, Moomintroll wakes up early from hibernation to find his valley transformed into a snowy, icy landscape. With the help of Too-Ticky and Little My, Moomintroll explores his first winter and discovers its strange and mysterious inhabitants. Though it feels scary at first, he eventually comes to enjoy it.
